          When you're the reigning American League MVP, it can be assumed that you're an expert on hitting.

          Josh Donaldson of the Toronto Blue Jays fits the mold. And he proved just that in an interestingly thought-out tweet on Wednesday morning.

          Yeah ... we'll take your word for it, Josh.

          In fact, Donaldson is regarded as one of the game's smartest hitters. Sport Science worked with him last year to break down his unique swing.

          When you're slashing .289/.403/.553 with nearly as many walks (81) as strikeouts (93), it's safe to say you know what you're talking about.
