Blue Jays halt skid after players-only meeting
Mired in a four-game losing streak and coming off Friday's 13-3 loss against the Red Sox, the Blue Jays held a players-only meeting Saturday morning at Rogers Centre before the second game of a three-game series. It seemed to work as Toronto posted a 3-2 victory to trim Boston's American League East lead to one.
