Liriano struck by liner, taken to hospital

Blue Jays pitcher Francisco Liriano took a sharp liner off the back of his head and neck region in the eighth inning, and he immediately exited Friday afternoon's 5-3 win over the Rangers in Game 2 of the American League Division Series. Toronto has a 2-0 lead in the best-of-five series, heading home for Game 3 on Sunday night.
