Short goes long, Cubs walk off Lugs in 13th

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Zack Short laced a leadoff home run in the bottom of the 13th inning, and the South Bend Cubs (38-26) defeated the Lansing Lugnuts (35-27), 3-2, on Tuesday night at Four Winds Field.
