Jays Cares Foundation aims to lift up youth

The Jays Care Foundation held its inaugural Rookie League Celebration Tournament in Scarborough on Wednesday afternoon in partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada, bringing together clubs from across the Greater Toronto Area.
