Blue Jays' Tulowitzki to have surgery, Donaldson moves to DH to save shoulder

Injury-prone Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Troy Tulowitzki will have surgery on Monday to repair bilateral heel bone spurs that forced him to start the season on the 60-day disabled list.
