Is Sanchez destined for Blue Jays in second half?

Aaron Sanchez has been moved from the Buffalo starting rotation into the bullpen, perhaps a prelude to a promotion from triple A to the Toronto bullpen. The move could also be simply a way for the organization to manage his innings.
