With Saunders out, left field open to competition

The Blue Jays entered Spring Training with competitions at second base, center field, closer and the rotation. They can now add left field to that list. Starting outfielder Michael Saunders sustained a torn meniscus in his left knee while shagging fly balls Wednesday and is expected to be out until at least the All-Star break.
