Encarnacion, Cecil both nearing return
The Toronto Blue Jays received some good news Tuesday as they learned Edwin Encarnacion is nearing a return to the lineup. Teammate Brett Cecil's next step towards a return is a Grapefruit League game, tentatively scheduled to pitch an inning against the Phillies on Thursday.
