Blue Jays rally with grand slam, Hamels solid

The Toronto Blue Jays rallied to a 4-1 win over the Phillies in the eighth inning with a grand slam off the bat of Steve Tolleson. Philadelphia starter Cole Hamels looked good tossing five scoreless innings with four strikeouts.
