Blue Jays’ Cecil left experiencing calf tightenss
Brett Cecil walked off of the field with the help of a Toronto Blue Jays trainer after experiencing left calf tightness Friday, and there’s not yet any indication whether the left-hander will be available for the remainder of the ALDS.
