MWL All-Star and ERA leader Harris promoted

In conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays, the Lansing Lugnuts announce that pitcher Jon Harris has been promoted to A-Advanced Dunedin, third baseman Carl Wise has been placed on the 7-day Disabled List retroactive to July 21st and infielder/coach Alex Maldonado has been activated from the Disabled List.
