Coach Maldonado leads Lugs past Cougars

Player/coach Alex Maldonado bounced a tie-breaking two-run double to left field, helping the Lansing Lugnuts (17-13, 53-47) beat the Kane County Cougars (10-20, 43-57), 4-3, in a Sunday matinee at Cooley Law School Stadium.
