Lugs activate Thomas, place Pentecost on DL

In conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays, the Lansing Lugnuts activated prospect outfielder Lane Thomas from the 7-day Disabled List and placed catcher Max Pentecost on the 7-day Disabled List retroactive to August 4th.
