Pillar lands on DL; Blue Jays recall Ceciliani

The Toronto Blue Jays placed outfielder Kevin Pillar on the 15-day disabled list with a sprained left thumb on Monday and recalled outfielder Darrell Ceciliani from Triple-A Buffalo in a corresponding move.
