Previous inside pitches contributed to melee between Blue Jays, Yankees

Earlier this month Josh Donaldson made his teammates aware that he felt the Yankees were taking liberties by pitching inside. When he took a pitch off the elbow Monday, the melee that followed was practically inevitable.
