Blue Jays’ focus should be on beating the guys not named Miller

Andrew Miller’s dominance is the story after two Cleveland wins to kick off the ALCS, but as the series shifts to Toronto it needs to be more about Jose Bautista and company beating the starting pitcher or somebody else not named Miller.
