Atkins says Blue Jays will qualify both Bautista, Encarnacion

It shouldn’t come as a surprise, but the Toronto Blue Jays will qualify both Jose Bautista and Edwin Encarnacion barring any unforeseen circumstances, GM Ross Atkins told reporters Monday.
