Report: Barney, Carrera reach pacts with Blue Jays

The Blue Jays on Thursday came to a one-year, $2.8875 million arbitration-avoiding agreement with utility man Darwin Barney, according to MLB Network's Jon Heyman. The team did the same with outfielder Ezequiel Carrera ($1.1625 million).
