Atkins believes Bautista can return to form

After losing Edwin Encarnacion earlier in the off-season, the Toronto Blue Jays shifted their attention to their other free agent slugger, re-signing Jose Bautista. Blue Jays GM Russ Atkins spoke about retaining Bautista, and what kind of impact he could have now that he's healthy.
