MLB’s proposed rule changes for 2017 could seriously affect Marcus Stroman. Heading into the 2017 season, Major League Baseball is looking to push two rule changes to help improve its product. One is a very minor tweak wherein it would no longer take four pitches to issue an intentional walk.
