Blue Jays place Howell on DL, recall Beliveau

The Toronto Blue Jays placed left-handed reliever J.P. Howell on the 10-day disabled list on Monday with left shoulder tightness. They have recalled southpaw Jeff Beliveau from triple-A Buffalo to take Howell's place in the pen. Canadian Baseball Network writer Andrew Hendriks has the details.
