Blue Jays beer tosser sentenced to 12 months of probation

Ken Pagan, the man who threw a beer can at Orioles player Hyun-soo Kim at the Rogers Centre last year has been given a conditional discharge. The conditions of his discharge are 12 months probation, 200 hours of community service and a 12-month ban on all MLB games.
