Nick Tepesch to start for Blue Jays Wednesday; Matt Dermody optioned

Nick Tepesch will be on the mound Wednesday for the Toronto Blue Jays, the team’s manager John Gibbons announced Tuesday following a 4-2 victory over the New York Yankees.
