Blue Jays recall Tepesch, demote Dermody, place Tulowitzki on 60-day DL

In a series of roster moves on Wednesday, the Toronto Blue Jays recalled right-hander Nick Tepesch from triple-A Buffalo and sent left-handed reliever Matt Dermody down.
