Blue Jays add Smith to 'pen as Cole hits DL

The Blue Jays were forced to shuffle their bullpen again due to an injury on Thursday, placing Taylor Cole on the 10-day disabled list with a fractured fifth toe on his right foot and recalling right-hander Chris Smith.
