Blue Jays’ Troy Tulowitzki dealing with chronic bone spur in heel

Troy Tulowitzki is expected to participate in spring training as usual, but the shortstop’s dealing with a chronic bone spur on his right heel, the Toronto Blue Jays revealed Thursday.
