Injured Blue Jays shortstop Troy Tulowitzki to have surgery Monday

Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Troy Tulowitzki is scheduled to have surgery Monday to remove bone spurs in both ankles, manager John Gibbons told reporters Friday.
