Tulowitzki to have surgery on feet; will miss minimum of eight weeks

Troy Tulowitzki will undergo surgery to remove the bone spurs on both his feet later this week and GM Ross Atkins revealed that he expects the shortstop to miss a minimum of eight weeks.
