Blue Jays recall prospect Alford, option Petricka

The Blue Jays recalled touted outfield prospect Anthony Alford from Triple-A Buffalo and optioned right-hander Jake Petricka in a corresponding move prior to Saturday night's game against the Rays at Tropicana Field.
