Should Blue Jays be deadline buyers for controllable starting pitching?

By any typical measure, the Toronto Blue Jays profile as clear sellers-only this season, with a long-term rebuild the most obvious goal. Then again, maybe there’s another path as the MLB non-waiver trade deadline approaches.
