The Toronto Blue Jays recalled left-handed pitching prospect Ryan Borucki from triple-A on Tuesday to make his first major league start. Infielder Gio Urshela was designated for assignment to make room for Borucki on the roster. Canadian Baseball Network writer Andrew Hendriks has the details.
