Canadian Baseball NetworkThe Toronto Blue Jays have called up pitchers Luis Santos and Rhiner Cruz from triple-A Buffalo. To make room on the roster, they have optioned left-handed reliever Tim Mayza to Buffalo and have designated right-hander Preston Guilmet for assignment.
