Pannone optioned to Triple-A, Mayza recalled

In an effort to get left-hander Thomas Pannone ready for possible duty as a starter, the Blue Jays optioned Pannone to Triple-A Buffalo on Wednesday and recalled well-traveled left-hander Tim Mayza.
