Blue Jays’ Sanchez has surgery on finger, Gurriel also done for season

GM Ross Atkins said Sanchez had procedure on his right index finger Tuesday and should be recovered by the time spring training rolls around, while Gurriel Jr. sidelined by hamstring strain.
