Atkins on free agency plans: 'It's certainly not going to be bargain hunting'

When asked about his approach to free agency at his season-ending news conference, Blue Jays GM Ross Atkins said he will explore the trade avenue first and will also be on the hunt for "complimentary pieces" on the free agent market.
