Blue Jays recall Rowdy Tellez with eyes toward the future — 'He's going to get a chance'

The Blue Jays recalled Rowdy Tellez ahead of their Opening Day loss to the Tigers. Tellez has been promised the opportunity to be a regular contributor in the major leagues.
