Sanchez and Biagini off to Houston after Blue Jays' deadline moves

The Toronto Blue Jays made some deals ahead of the trade deadline, sending pitchers Aaron Sanchez and Joe Biagini to the Astros for outfielder Derek Fisher. They also sent Daniel Hudson to the Nationals for right-hander Kyle Johnston.
