Blue Jays recall pitchers Shafer, Stewart ahead of game vs. Rays

The Toronto Blue Jays have recalled right-handed pitchers Justin Shafer and Brock Stewart from the triple-A Buffalo Bisons and both players will be active for tonight’s game against the Tampa Bay Rays.
