Despite being raised in Canada, Sherwood Park Dukes alum Tanner Kirwer (Sherwood Park, Alta.) chose baseball over hockey and the soon-to-be 24-year-old outfielder is now entering his fourth season in the Toronto Blue Jays’ organization.
