Blue Jays gather in Dunedin while awaiting approval for Toronto camp

Although the Blue Jays remain hopeful training camp can be held in Toronto, preparing in Dunedin positions the team to be ready for any eventuality without sacrificing valuable workout time hanging in limbo.
