Blue Jays’ Atkins ‘optimistic’ Bo Bichette will return to field in 2020

Bo Bichette was on fire at the plate for the Toronto Blue Jays in the first third of the season before going down with a knee injury, but general manager Ross Atkins is confident Bichette will return before the campaign ends.
