Blue Jays place Tellez on injured list, call up McKinney

The Toronto Blue Jays have placed 1B/DH Rowdy Tellez on the 10-day injured list with a right knee strain. OF Billy McKinney has been called up from the team's taxi squad to assume Tellez's spot on the active roster.
