Izturis rises to No. 2 position in batting order

Maicer Izturis' hot start to the year has resulted in a promotion to the No. 2 spot of the Blue Jays' batting order. Izturis received the promotion in part because manager John Gibbons wants to ride the hot streak and have more people on base in front of the heart of the order.
