Blue Jays, Twins to cap series with twin bill

The Blue Jays and Twins are set to play a split doubleheader on Thursday after their Wednesday game was postponed because of bitterly cold weather and the chance of snow. R.A. Dickey will take the mound for Toronto in Game 1, while the Twins will counter with right-hander Kyle Gibson. In Game 2, it will be Toronto's Dustin McGowan vs. Minnesota's Mike Pelfrey.
