Blue Jays sign Ryan Rowland-Smith

Let go earlier this week after making six appearances for the Diamondbacks, left-hander Ryan Rowland-Smith has agreed to a minor-league deal with the Blue Jays according to Chris Cotillo of MLB Daily Dish.
