Blue Jays cough up game to Royals with brutal mistakes

Dustin McGowan probably bought himself some more time as a starter Tuesday night, stifling the Kansas City Royals on three hits over six-plus innings, but it was small consolation at the end of a night when the Toronto Blue Jays once again choked away a three-run lead.
