The Blue Jays tweaked their roster on Thursday by promoting second baseman Steve Tolleson and outfielder Anthony Gose from Triple-A Buffalo. Leaving the Major League club were infielder Jonathan Diaz, who was optioned to Buffalo, and outfielder Moises Sierra, who was designated for assignment.
