Diaz, Jenkins set to re-join Blue Jays

Infielder Jonathan Diaz and reliever Chad Jenkins are set to re-join the Toronto Blue Jays, sources tell Sportsnet’s Shi Davidi. The Blue Jays are expected to announce the moves Monday.
