The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have placed C DIONER NAVARRO on the bereavement/family medical emergency list effective today. C ERIK KRATZ and RHP NEIL WAGNER have been recalled from Buffalo of the International League (AAA). RHP CHAD JENKINS has been optioned to Buffalo.
